Destination Kohler Renovation News

In an effort to enhance the overall experience for guests, Destination Kohler is renovating The American Club underground and aboveground parking structure. The American Club and restaurants within the building will be closed in January and will reopen on Fridays and Saturdays in February and March. When feasible, the restaurants will return to regular hours and about two-thirds of hotel rooms will reopen until the project is complete.

During the renovation, The Carriage House and Inn on Woodlake will remain open along with Kohler Waters Spa, River Wildlife, Cucina, Craverie and Blackwolf Run Restaurant at Destination Kohler. See adjusted restaurant hours.

Offering a great lodging option, newly constructed suites at Inn on Woodlake, include two- and four-bedroom units along with additional single rooms. The multibedroom units feature common living spaces where guests can enjoy each other’s company before and after the day’s activities.

The American Club Renovation Schedule

April 1 – Middle to Late June

Overnight rooms will be available seven nights a week in the main building. The guest entrance will be located on the west side of The American Club off Church Street. All guest parking will be complimentary valet during this time.

Kohler Waters Spa Expansion

Kohler Waters Spa is excited to announce expansion plans for 2018. We will remain open throughout the construction timeline and will do our best to keep all spa amenities open as well. Starting in February and completing in June, this expansion will increase co-ed relaxation seating around the lower level relaxation pool, add an additional five treatment rooms, new spa café with indoor and outdoor seating, and also include a new bridal suite capable of handling your entire wedding party!  We’ll provide regular updates on Facebook and Instagram, and look forward to completing this exciting expansion before the start of summer!

We are not anticipating any closure of the spa as we are going to remain open throughout the renovation project with as little guest impact as possible.

In phase 1 of the project, we will reduce the number of treatment rooms available, but will still be able to offer our full range of spa services.

In phase 2 of the project, we will return to our full capacity of rooms – we may not be able to offer our full range of services during this time depending on the impact to our wet treatment rooms (vichy shower and bathing rooms).

This carefully planned cycle of renewal is part of Destination Kohler's ongoing commitment to elevate the overall experience for our guests.
